Calling all sellers!  Are you purging your kids and maternity items?
Join us for our annual fall resale event.

Signup is open through Sept 6th 2025.  Table locations will be determined by sign-up order.
Event Details:
Friday, Sept 12th 2025
Seller Setup - 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Saturday, Sept 13th, 2025
Final Setup - 6:15am to 7:30am
Sale Hours  - 7:30am to 11:30am

10' by 10' Spaces with one table will be available for sellers at a rate of:
$30 for current Avon ECPTA & all Avon Schools PTA/Boosters members
$35 for non-members
$25 for additional spaces, max of 3

Other Important Information:
Reservations are for community members selling their personal kids, family and maternity items.  Tables purchased for any other purpose will not be honored or refunded.
If you are a vendor of products interested in advertising or sponsoring the event, please reach out to our Philanthropy VP at  philanthropy@avon-ecpta.org ﻿
All table costs & fees due upon reservation.
Double spaces receive one table. Sellers reserving 3-4 spaces receive two tables. Additional tables can be brought in by the seller to use within their space.
Additional spaces can be purchased in a seperate transaction, but the cutoff is the same as general sales. Maximum 3 additional tables for a total of 4 spaces.
Reminder, this is a fundraiser for the Avon ECPTA, and all proceeds go to funding our members and their kids, as well as our community service efforts. No refunds will be provided.

Donation Information:
We will have donation opportunities set up after the event for your unsold items. Some restrictions apply.
No large items such as furniture, bikes, cribs, and large free standing toys.
Please separate clothes from toys and bag small pieces.  Donation centers are more inclined to go through donations that are less difficult to assess.
