We are excitedly anticipating your arrival and planning what is sure to be a wonderful meeting!  We hope to see you in Louisville, Kentucky!
Please take note that all Credit Card Transactions will be charged an additional 3.853% processing fee through CheddarUp, EChecks will be charged an additional 1.59% processing fee through CheddarUp, or at Check Out you can choose the Cash/Check payment option to avoid any fees.  Paying with Cash or Check?  We still ask that you register online, then forward your registration receipt to Crystal Renfro at  crystal.renfro.kacd@outlook.com  and mail payment with a copy of your registration receipt to KACD, P.O. Box 4027, Frankfort, KY 40604-4027.
