You are invited to join the South Amboy Parent-Teacher Organization for the 2023-24 school year to work together for our kids! We need your unique talents — whether you're able to volunteer two or 20 hours. (Volunteer hours are not required for membership.)
Via this page, you'll be able to register yourself or your family for PTO membership* and indicate whether you'd like to volunteer to be an SAPTO Class Parent for your child's elementary school classroom. Those wishing to be an SAPTO Grade Representative for either the elementary or middle school, should email sapto08879@gmail.com ASAP. (See up-to-date list at southamboypto.org.)
_Some notes:_
_Indicating interest does not guarantee selection._
_Only those individuals selected are granted the privilege of attending various school events, such as class parties, fun days, field trips, etc. Requests to attend events for only those classes requiring additional support will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis by the SAPTO/School Administration._
_Class Parents/Grade Reps will be announced in late September._
_Class Parents will attend a mandatory meeting in early October in the E.S. Cafeteria to review the Class Parent Handbook and receive your I.D. badge._
