OVERVIEW
In order to continue offering drama programming in our schools we must raise funds to support the various expenses involved.
One of the biggest ways we do this is to sell Sponsor Ads in our Playbill/Program, seen by hundreds throughout the run of the show.
NEW: Purchase an ad in BOTH our RES and RJH Programs!!
Since we are a school-sponsored event, all donations are tax deductible (please consult your tax advisor for more information).
SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
** All Sponsorship Levels include: 1) your printed color ad displayed in the school's lobby during performance week; 2) your ad displayed in the full-colored online Playbill; 3) your business name listed on the printed handout.
** All Levels (except for Show Sponsor) have the option of purchasing a TWO-FER, with your ad appearing in BOTH our Rye school productions: RES in November and RJH in April. Our Junior High production will be announced at our final RES performance.
SUBMITTING YOUR AD
Ad Format: Please create your ad in PNG, JPG, or PDF format. Click on a Level below for specific Ad dimensions, and be sure the proportion of your Ad is close to those dimensions.
Ad Quality: The higher the Resolution and larger the file, the better the rendering in the final program. Shoot for 300DPI resolution, and shoot for as large a file as possible in the appropriate proportions.
Ad Deadline: Please have ads submitted no later than Tuesday, October 22 at midnight.
Ad Updating: If running an ad in BOTH programs you can update your ad for the RJH program in the Spring, if you wish.
PLAY INFORMATION
This year's production of "Rumpelstiltskin", written by our own local playwrite & Musical Director, Miles Burns, will be on stage at RES on Friday, Oct 25, 7pm; Saturday, Oct 26, 2pm & 6pm, and will include over 30 of our RES students.
Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door or online 1-week prior to opening night.
