To renew your annual Membership in the Jacksonville Boosters Club, please add your desired Membership level to cart, complete the online Form as prompted, and submit payment online through the cart via credit card or e-check. We welcome all individuals, couples or local businesses.
If you prefer to mail a check, please use the form which was mailed or emailed to you. (Do NOT submit any information online here.) Mail to: Jacksonville Boosters Club, PO Box 81, Jacksonville, OR 97530.
Please look out for an email from our Club President regarding the first General Meeting of the year.
