This scholarship is offered in the memory of Rebecca Halbert whose life was cut tragically short on June 13, 2021. From a young age Rebecca volunteered her time and was involved in many civic organizations. Rebecca was an Ambassador Girl Scout and was on the Venice High School Swim and Water Polo Team. Recognized for her abilities to bring about the best in others, Rebecca's talents to help others less fortunate will be memorialized through the recipient of this scholarship.
