We are hosting our annual Family Fun event with a focus on Gardening, nature, water conservation and sustainability at the Weldon Spring Site Interpretive Center.
Join us for the event on May 17th, 2025 10 am - 3 pmThis event is held outdoors.
This page is to sign up for the following:
*VENDORS - If you would like to be a vendor at our event add “10x10 booth” to your cart. Booth space is available for a donation of $25. On the next page - read and sign the vendor rules.
*DONATIONS - Item donations to fill raffle baskets. Monetary donations to help cover the cost of the event.
*SPONSORSHIPS - $300 Signs and Banner Cost, $100 donation to sponsor a children's activity (4 available), $280 for volunteer lunches/snacks, $250 for volunteer TShirts
*VOLUNTEERS - If you would like to volunteer at the event, add "volunteer" to your cart. On the next page you be able to sign up for one of the time slots. If you don't see a slot that works for you, please contact us and we will see what we can work out.
