Dues for Oak Lane Manor 2025
Civic Association Dues are $20 per year ($10 for homes on Foulk and Shipley Roads). Dues are used to pay for snow plowing, community events, and other approved community expenses.
If you are a renter, you are responsbile for annual dues unless arranged with your landlord.
Dues can also be paid by cash or check to OLM Civic Association and given or mailed directly to the OLM Treasurer, Mirna Jenkins, at 1003 S Hilton Rd
