MMS PTO is hosting a Trunk or Treat Activity Night Friday, October 20, 2023 from 6 - 9 pm in the Memorial Middle School gymnasium and front parking lot.
Admission includes full access to event activities, including Trunk or Treat, Bounce Houses, DJ/music, Crafts, and concessions.
If you approve for your child to participate, please select "View Form" to sign the permission slip. Then, click "Add to Cart" on Student Admission, and complete your child's information. For multiple students, "Add to Cart" again. Hit "Continue" to proceed to payment.
If you choose to cover transaction fees, 100% of your payment will go towards funding the Fun of the Activity Night event!
