Roarin' & Soarin' Fun Run
The Madison Mad Dash is proud to present the 2024 Roarin' & Soarin' Fun Run on Sunday June 9th 2024 at Heritage Park at Capitol Lake!
Please join the Madison PTO, with this year's special guest the McKenny PTO, for this exciting annual event to benefit the students of Madison Elementary and McKenny Elementary. This walk/run provides a wonderful chance for students to experience a fun run with their friends and family, complete with a timer, shirt, medals and awards! The course is open to ALL abilities. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome.
The day kicks off with the 2.5k kids walk/run (1 lap around the lake) beginning at 8:30am, which is followed by the 5k walk/run (2 laps around the lake) at 9:00am. This is a fast, flat course perfect for beginning runners and a chance for experienced runners to set a personal record! There are course marshalls throughout the course to help keep runners safe, and it's an officially timed race event, with results posted online for you to view. Choose your own speed and goals!
Registration is still OPEN and will be up until the morning of the event. Any registrations received after May 13th will not have a shirt guaranteed. Details for race packet pickup will be posted online at a future date, as well as sent to the email address that you provide to us here with your registration information.
Invite neighbors, family, and friends to join the fun! There will be snacks and activities for everyone to enjoy.
