Thank you for your interest in this very sweet Valentine's Day yoga class for you and your child ages 4-9!
This special class is for a favorite adult (parent/grandparent/family friend,etc.) and a child to attend and practice yoga together. No prior yoga experience is needed. All are welcome!
The class will be held on Saturday, February 8 at 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. at The Fountain Wellness Center, 8469 Sheridan Drive in Williamsville. The class will include yoga poses including partner poses, a special story about love, mindfulness activities, a very cute love bug craft, and a cozy guided relaxation time!
The cost is $20/pair (one adult and one child). Extra siblings can be added for $7 each. A limited number of sibling spots are available. Kindly submit payment and complete the registration information.
Due to space, please bring a yoga mat for you and your child to share and optional water. If you are bringing a sibling, then feel free to bring an extra mat for him/her.
