The King Philip Jazz Ensemble has once again earned a spot at the prestigious Essentially Ellington Jazz Festival & Competition in New York City! For the second year in a row, KP is among the top 25 high school bands selected from hundreds of submissions across the United States and Canada, joined by five additional high school bands from around the world. These 30 bands will be playing alongside some of the best professional jazz musicians in the country. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and wish them all the best!
