The Idaho PTA Convention and Vendor Expo will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 8:30 to 11:30 am at the West Ada Training Center 1303 E Central Dr, Meridian, ID. The set up for the Vendor Expo starts at 7:30am.
Only organizations whose services and/or products are appropriately related to the education, health, welfare or personal development of children and youth shall be permitted to exhibit.*
Space is limited and will be assigned as contracts are received. Vendor and sponsor signups must be received no later than April 1. Payments are non-refundable if cancelled after April 1.
If you are providing inserts in Convention Bags (such as brochures, pamphlets, special offers, promotional items and/or business cards), please provide materials for 100 attendees to be received by April 18. If you live in the Boise area a drop off can be arranged with one of our board members. If mailing, please send to Angela Craft, 3736 W. Angelica Dr, Meridian, ID 83646.
Exhibitors must provide a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance. Certificates of Liability may be emailed to info@idahopta.org.
6’ tables will be provided. You will need to provide your own linens. Larger space accommodations can be made for Platnium - Meal Sponsors. There are some outlets so let us know in the comments if you need be near one. Please bring an extension cord.
Platinum - Meal Sponsors - a member of the convention committee will contact you by April 18 to schedule your speaking time.
