HWES PTSO Membership SY 2023-2024
The purpose of the Humphreys West Elementary School Parent Teacher Student Organization (HWES PTSO) is to assist the school in meeting student needs, improving academic and extracurricular programs, and to promote a positive educational experience for HWES students and staff. This is a private organization. It is not part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and it has no governmental status.
The PTSO is comprised of parents, faculty & staff, and students volunteering together to make our Humphreys West community the best it can be. The PTSO holds events like Book Fairs, Holiday Shop, and family events such as Bingo Night, Movie Night at the theater, and a Glow Party. We also host Teacher Appreciation Week, as well as support the school to celebrate Read Across America and Month of the Military Child.
As a PTSO member, you will be eligible for priority registration for PTSO events, early access to PTSO activities like Book Fair and Holiday Shop, and maintain voting privileges at PTSO meetings.
