This form is to be used by HPS and HUES staff, and HEPTA board members.
The Hollis Elementary PTA is a group of committed volunteers who gift thousands of hours a year to support HPS and HUES through fundraising, advocacy, event planning, project management and communications.
The Hollis Elementary PTA Executive Board meets monthly to review the operating business of HEPTA and to review funding requests.
Please submit forms by the last day of each month** and ensure you have approval from the HPS or HUES Principal before submitting. Once submitted, request forms will be reviewed at each HEPTA monthly board meeting so it can be discussed for approval.**
We wish we could fully fund all projects but unfortunately cannot always do so. We appreciate your time and look forward to reviewing your request. Thank you for all that you do and your commitment to Hollis Elementary.
Please note: Do not plan for any June 2023 expenses/reimbursements as we will need to close year end numbers.
