The annual neighborhood dues are based primarily on funds needed to maintain monthly payments to the utility board for the street lights, insurance, lawn maintenance, annual fees, etc.** **There is a service charge of 3.5% for credit and debit cards. Using an echeck is only $0.45, cheaper than the cost of a stamp!
