Join the fun at the Health and Wellness Family 5K/Fun Run, benefiting FeedNC! All funds raised at this event will be used to support a new youth program "Building Healthy Habits."

**Time: **Check-In Time is 2:00PM. The 5K will begin at 3:00PM and the Kid's Fun Run will follow the 5K.
Location: Lowe's YMCA, 170 Joe Knox Avenue, Mooresville, NC 28117
This event will not be chip timed. This event will be rain or shine!
Registration is $25 for the 5K and $10 for the Fun Run if you choose to donate to the FeedNC "Building Healthy Habits" youth health and wellness program.
In an effort to make this event accessible for the entire community, we are offering a registration option to bring 5 non-perishable food items to the 5K in support of the FeedNC Grassroots Grocery.
We will accept race day registration! Cash or check only on race day.
