Dear Parents,‎

It is a school tradition for school parents to host a graduation party for their children. This year's party will take place at Riverside Church on the evening after the graduation ceremony on June 15, from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. All students and their parents are invited to join the celebration!‎

The party is planned by and paid for in full by parents. The Parents Association provides part of our funding (approximately $2800, which covers the venue rental and some of the catering), but it is up to us to cover the rest of the costs through ticket sales and underwriting. Our parent volunteers have been working hard to plan a fun evening for our graduates, and by pooling our resources we can together make this a most memorable night.‎

We welcome interested parents to either make a general donation or to fund a specific item in part or in full. We have provided estimated dollar amounts for a range of items to give you an idea of our costs, and we have included "must haves" as well as "wishlist" items. We will do our best to use your donation according to your wishes, but please be aware that we may need to spend your underwriting contribution to cover other items.‎

We will provide you with more information about the party at a later date. We hope to keep the price of tickets down through underwriting and expect their suggested price to be between $30 and $40 per person. If we have the good fortune to receive funds beyond our budgeting needs, we will contribute any leftover money to the class gift.‎
