Goody Girl Flowers U Pick & Yoga

Spend a wonderful and relaxing morning with your child ages 4-12 immersed in the beauty of nature, flowers, and yoga!
The morning will begin with a self-guided tour of the Goody Girl Flower Farm in Lockport where you and your child will walk through the colorful flower fields to pick together a bucket of fresh, beautiful organic flowers to take home. Take plenty of photos and be sure to visit the adorable miniature Shetland ponies on the farm! You will have around 40 minutes to explore this lovely flower farm. Then enjoy a yoga class with Miss Donna from Kidding Around Yoga on the lawn surrounded by the beautiful flower fields that will include fun music, yoga poses, partner poses, affirmations, breath work, mindfulness activities, and a special guided relaxation time.
No prior yoga experience is needed. All are welcome! Grandparents too!
This is an event that will awaken your senses, and leave you feeling refreshed like a flower!

What to Expect:
10:30 - 11:10 a.m. - Check in at the barn, self-guided tour of the farm, & flower picking with the provided bucket/container. Extra siblings/adults will be given a smaller bucket to use for flower picking.
11:10 a.m.- 12:05 p.m. – Kidding Around Yoga Class led by Donna Baia among the flower fields
12:05 - 12:15 p.m.- Flowers will be wrapped in the barn for you to take home and enjoy!
*Bring a yoga mat or towel for each of you
*Complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee are offered at the flower farm
Refund Policy: Tickets non-refundable. If both days are rainy (Septmber 14 & 21), then tickets will be refunded.A minimum number of participants applies in order to run this event. Please help spread the word and invite your friends/family to join you!
