Join us for Family Glow-in-the-dark yoga pajama party!!
Kids should wear white or light colored pj's and join us with their family members or favorite adults for a night of fun yoga poses, group and partner poses, yoga games and age-appropriate relaxation techniques for kids and adults alike. Our fun-packed family yoga class will end with a yoga nap and sweet smelling foot rubs.
