Girls Healing Circles at Sudie TAG
The mission of the Girls Healing Circles is to guide and inspire 4th-6th grade girls so they grow up to be self-confident and self-loving young ladies who appreciate their bodies, know how to process emotions in a healthy way, and look to other girls as sisters rather than as competition.
Hi! I’m Heather, proud mama of a 4th grade girl at Sudie TAG (and a 7th grade boy)! I have led Women's Healing Circles in my home for the past 5 years and I’m SO EXCITED to now offer Girls Healing Circles to 4th – 6th grade girls at Sudie TAG during the 2023-2024 school year!
In my health practice I help kids and adults release trapped emotions, manage anxieties, improve self image, and increase mind / body awareness. I am trained in Neuroacoustic Sound Therapy, Functional Medicine coaching, and various modalities to release trapped emotions from the body.
I was bullied by a group of girls from 5th-8th grade. I know what it’s like to feel alone and self-conscious at that age. I want so much more for my daughter … and for yours too.
The Girls Healing Circles will meet on 10 Fridays after school, from 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM. Circles will occur at Sudie TAG. The Fall 2023 circles will occur on the following Fridays: 9/15, 9/29, 10/27, 11/10, and 12/8. Spring 2024 circle dates are 1/26, 2/23, 3/22, 4/26, and 5/10. The fee for the five Fall circles is $150 and is due in August. The fee for the five Spring 2024 circles is $150 and will be due in December. The fee covers all snacks, arts & craft supplies, and 3 Neuroacoustic Sound Therapy soundtracks.

NEUROACOUSTIC SOUND THERAPY
This program also includes 3 Neuroacoustic Sound Therapy soundtracks designed to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience. I will hold a zoom call in September with parents to cover everything you need to know about how to download and use these soundtracks for your girls. The soundtracks are very relaxing and most people like to listen as they fall asleep at night because they can help you fall asleep faster. The soundtracks are optional but encouraged for overall health and wellness for your daughters. Please note that the soundtracks are contraindicated for those with epilepsy (diagnosed or undiagnosed).
FINANCIAL AID
No girl will be left behind! If you cannot pay the fee, please contact me to discuss options for Financial Aid. The fall semseter fee is $150 (due in August) and the spring semester fee is $150 (due in December).
