The Delran Middle/High School PTA will be holding its annual Gift Basket Extravaganza (GBE) with this year’s theme being 'Stars & Stripes”.
The GBE supports Project Graduation for the senior class of 2025 and it also helps the PTA give back to all the students and teachers in both DMS and DHS throughout the school year.
Like the last couple of years, GBE will follow the format that all ticket holders will be invited to choose a time slot to allow for in-person viewing of the baskets. This option will allow you to bid on the items that interest you.
You will be able to relax at home and enjoy the GBE with some of your close family and friends
How will the event work?
On Sunday, February 9, 2025 @ 12:00PM you will purchase an entry ticket assigned to an 1.5-hour time slot and any additional bidding tickets online via this website. (There are three levels of basket amounts and each level requires a different ticket)
The program listing all of the baskets will be published one week in advance on our website to allow you time to review You will arrive, on Saturday, March 22nd, 15 minutes prior to your assigned 1.5-hour time slot, at the Delran High School gym.
When you arrive you will receive your entry ticket and any additional pre-purchased bidding tickets.
There will be the opportunity to purchase additional bidding tickets and 50/50 tickets during the event (CASH ONLY)
You will be allowed to enter the gym at the start of your time slot to view all of the baskets in each of the three tiers; regular, premium and mega.
After you completed entering all of your tickets and your time slot is up, you will leave the gym and receive a snack and bottle of water.
All winners will be notified after the drawing has finished via EMAIL. Please be accurate when typing your email address.
All winners MUST pickup the baskets on Sunday, March 23rd between 12PM and 2PM at the DHS gym.
When purchasing tickets via this site
YOU MUST purchase an entry ticket for a designated time slot. Your $25 entry ticket will include admission to the event, a sheet of 25 bidding tickets to bid on the regular baskets, entry into the door prize drawing, a treat and small bottle of water when leaving your time slot.
If you are ordering additional tickets for multiple people you must order the item multiple times and ENTER the person's name, phone number and email address. This is important so we can track and contact the CORRECT person.
You must be 21 years or older to bid/win a basket with alcohol.
No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to participate
YOU MUST HAVE THE TICKET STUB TO CLAIM ANY WINNING BASKETS OR THE BASKET WILL BE FORFEITED.
