Franklin Granville Vance Smart Start will be hosting its 15th Annual Ducky Derby on Saturday, September 21, 2024. The Ducky Derby Race will start promptly at 2 pm. Garnett Street will be flooded with a river of rubber ducks to raise funds to support progams for local child care facilities and families with children ages 0-5. 1st Place wins $1,000. 2nd Place wins Chick-Fil-A for a year. 3rd Place wins a $250 Sheetz giftcard.
