We are DVCC. We are the Thunder. We are the Desert Vista Thunder Cross Country program of Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, Arizona. We need your help! We want to continue to give opportunities for our student athletes to compete, both on a local and national level. The school funding allotment provides for student athletes to compete in two races per season which is not sufficient to keep the DV Girls CC team progressing and growing. Having the team attend larger races, which may require travel, gives them the opportunity to race against other competitive teams.
We are currently looking for donations to help offset the cost for the necessary entry fees, travel expenses and the program. We hope to raise $5,000 for the upcoming 2024 season. Donations for the DV Girls CC team are tax deductible (DVCC Girls Boosters is a club under the Desert Viata Thunderboard which is a Not-for Profit Organization that performs fundraising for the Desert Vista High School Athletic/Activity clubs.
