Become a BPA member! Membership is a great way to support the BPA and allows you the chance to volunteer for nominated board positions, to chaperone, to participate in Crew and also BPA sponsored fundraisers.
♫ Meet the Band is Saturday, August 19, 2023. Please purchase your tickets by August 17, 2023 so we have an accurate headcount. Student meals must be purchased as well.
♫ Become a Corporate Sponsorship, Patron Sponsorship and Honor Bricks.
♫ Senior Mum and Garter donations are due by September 1, 2023 to ensure all mums are made by the Homecoming game. Volunteers to assemble are always welcomed!
♫ Yearbooks ads can be purchased through December 16, 2023. This is a great student fundraiser, and a great way to support the BPA at the same time.
♫ Yearbooks can be ordered through May 10, 2023, but the cost is less if you order in the fall.
♫ Deadline for Payment w/Consolidation Packet: Wednesday, August 16, 2023. This deadline allows you to pay for several BPA events/sales at one time with one check payable to Churchill BPA. It is also very helpful to include your child’s name, instrument/color guard, and the purpose of the purchase in the memo or on the top of the check.
Recommended payment method is online here via eCheck - only $0.59! If you choose to pay with a credit card, additional bank fees will apply. Alternatively, you may still fill out these forms online and then pay with check or cash, just select the "Check/Cash" option at checkout and follow the instructions provided if you select that option at checkout.
