You can pay for your 2024 HOA assessment here using a credit card or direct transfer from your bank (eCheck). The amount of the annual assessment varies by location. The invoice we mail to you after the Annual Meeting states the exact amount you need to remit. Payment is due by March 1.
Homes on Alderwood Rd, Cypress Ridge, Linden Ln, Redbud Cir, Scarlet Oak Cir, Tupelo Dr, and Silver Maple Trail address 1790-2080 are assessed $695 per lot. One double lot on Tupelo Dr is assessed $1390.
Homes on all other streets and Silver Maple Trail address 1530-1785 are assessed $125.
