Prior to reading the information about our summer camp below, please carefully read the top portion of the page. Since registration is entirely online, we want to explain how to keep the fees as low as possible for our families:
WE ENCOURAGE USING AN E-CHECK FOR YOUR TRANSACTIONS AS THIS WILL CHARGE YOU A FLAT FEE OF ONLY $0.95 PER TRANSACTION. USING AN E-CHECK IS SIMPLE; YOU JUST HAVE TO ENTER IN YOUR ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS. (CARTING AS MANY ITEMS TOGETHER AS POSSIBLE AND MAKING ONE TRANSACTION WILL CHARGE YOU ONLY A FLAT $0.95 FEE IF PAYING BY E-CHECK.)
NOTE: ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS CHARGE A FEE OF 3.59% PLUS A FEE OF $0.59 PER TRANSACTION, SO AGAIN, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PAY BY E-CHECK.
Campin' at the Castle pricing through Friday, March 28, is as follows. After this date, pricing is subject to change. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable after Friday, March 28.
Regular pricing is $220 per session plus the $35 registration fee and the t-shirt fee of $15/shirt. These fees are non-refundable. Once the shirts are handed out at school, the children may wear them every Monday for the remainder of the school year!
REGISTRATION ($35 per child) and a camp shirt ($15/shirt) ARE REQUIRED ITEMS and must be purchased with your camp session(s). Registration and a t-shirt purchase must be purchased only one time per child regardless of how many sessions for which you register. You may purchase as many shirts as you would like, but only one is required per child. Children must wear this year's shirt or a previous year's Campin' at the Castle shirt daily. Registration and session spots must be completed per camper. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is necessary for data and rosters to be accurate.
NOTE: YOU MUST SELECT THE CORRECT SESSION(S) BASED ON YOUR CHILD'S 2025-2026 GRADE LEVEL. (Please pay close attention to the grade level of the camp session(s) you are selecting- this is the grade level your child will be entering for the 2025-2026 school year.) WHILE THERE ARE PRE-DETERMINED GRADE LEVEL GROUPINGS, GROUPINGS MAY BE ADJUSTED AS NEEDED ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES.(In order to place the t-shirt order for the kids to receive their camp shirts while school is still in session and to finalize rosters and staffing, the registration deadline is March 28. AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE OF MARCH 28, YOU MAY NOT SWITCH OR CANCEL YOUR CAMP SESSIONS.
Should you wish to add additional sessions after your initial purchase, please contact Brittany Donahue directly (brittanybdonahue@gmail.com; 985.845.3537) *to waive the registration and shirt fees when making a second purchase per child within this collection. The registration and shirt payments are nonrefundable.
Also, a separate purchase item (separate link) has been made for extended care so that you won't be required to purchase the registration and shirt again.
Although we have to go entirely digital, being solely online and accepting only the e check and credit card forms of payment, we will be as flexible and accommodating as we can in order to meet your needs. Please don't ever hesitate to reach out with any questions or ways we can better accommodate you.
Campin' at the Castle is an exciting and engaging activity-based camp for registered Lake Castle children entering grades PreK-5 for the 2025-2026 school year. Our Lake Castle teachers serve as our camp counselors! Children participate in both indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, sports, talent shows, competitions, water-related fun (such as sprinklers, water slides, etc.), theme-related movies, and much more! Children also have the option to purchase pizza on pizza days, freeze pops, ice cream treats when the ice cream truck comes every Thursday, and snowballs every Friday! While a uniform camp t-shirt is required, each week has its own theme, and children can accessorize accordingly!

SESSION 3: SPY KIDS SCAVENGER HUNT WEEK
SESSION 4: CHRISTMAS IN JULY WEEK
Detailed information about arrival, dismissal, lunch, and other camp logistics will be emailed to you one week prior to your regsitered camp session(s). For now, you can find the general information regarding camp times, lunch, uniforms, etc. in our waiver, which you must sign at the time of registration. (Note: our camp day runs from 9:00 A.M. - 2:40 P.M. with morning carline running from 8:45-9:00 A.M. and afternoon carline running from 2:40-3:00 P.M. for all grade levels.) Extended care is available daily from 7:30-8:45 A.M. and from 3:00-5:30 P.M.- you must pre-register for extended care by purchasing the appropriate item(s).
Lake Castle students entering grades 6,7, and 8 for the 2025-2026 school year and are currently in excellent standing may volunteer as junior counselors on a first-come, first-served basis. Jr. Counselors must purchase the $15 jr. counselor item (camp shirt) found in a separate link/collection. You may volunteer for 1, 2, 3, or 4 sessions. Email Brittany Donahue for approval to sign up as a junior counselor.
