How COBA may benefit your orchestra student:
COBA funds have been used to:
o Purchase harp strings
o Buy uniforms and garments bags
o Annually have uniforms dry-cleaned
o Buy microphone clips and tuners
o Purchase a portable sound system
o Rental of Cellos for the trip to Austria last year
o Pay for sectional coaching throughout the year
o Trophies and Plaques
o $11,000 in scholarships ($10,000 for seniors, $1,000 for summer programs)
o Director requests
Our ask is if you haven't joined COBA, do it today to help orchestra students and the program. You can do that online or print out the attached form and send it along with cash or check with your student. We'll let you know when we've received it. You can purchase your COBA Parent shirt here too! - If you purchase a shirt, we will contact you to arrange pick-up/delivery.
Recommended payment method is via eCheck (just use your bank routing and account number) - you get to save on fees! If you choose to pay with a credit card, additional bank fees will apply.
