Our largest fundraiser is the annual Walk-A-Thon. Our fundraiser will look a little different this year as we are accepting online donations via this website. You may also send in a check made out to BPS PTO to Batesville Primary School, State Road 46 West, Batesville, IN 47006. If you choose to write a check, please put the student's name in the memo section so we know who the donation is on behalf of. If you choose to make a donation with a credit card, there will be a fee associated with this method of payment. An eCheck donation is a much smaller fee if you prefer that method. Our official "walk" will be on October 1st following our collection period. The students of BPS are encouraged to ask their family, neighbors, and family friends for monetary donations or sponsors for the laps they will walk on our track. All monetary donations go to various projects and events throughout the school year. This year we still plan to have students walk laps around the track in October. In lieu of receiving tickets, students will utilize a Google Form to vote for the teachers who they would like to receive a "pie in the face". In October or November, we plan to get creative with a live, virtual "pie in the face" event where all students can see our teachers with the most votes receive a "pie in the face". Please make sure to type the students name that you are sponsoring. Our top three students with the most donations will have the opportunity to throw "pie" in a teacher's face. We will take all necessary precautions to mitigate exposure to COVID-19, but it is our goal to still make this collection time and event fun, enjoyable and special for our students. Our goal is to raise $10,000. If we meet this goal ALL students will receive a special prize this year!
