If you are unable to make a membership payment this year
you can still submit your membership form via this site, even if no payment is collected
you can skip the payment amount options by clicking "Continue to Forms ->" at the bottom of the payment screen
at the end of the membership form, you will be prompted to "Continue to Payment" even though no payment will be collected
