If your here, you must be interested in trying some really good BBQ ribs. Simply sign up on this site, then show up at the rib contest area at Community Picnic on Saturday, August 10th, by 2:45 and we will start 3:10. This year you will be given a plate, some drinking water, and wet wipes. You will be asked to judge which team produced the best rib in your opinion. Please bring paper and pencil if you feel you need to right notes one each rib as you taste them.
