Hello and welcome to the 2nd Annual Armstrong Wedding Showcase(AWS). We are moving locations as we want to showcase different venues in our area(want to be the venue next year please contact MK Bridal)
The event will be February 23, 2025 at Latin American Club in Ford City, PA from 12p-4pm. Fashion show will be held at 2:30pm. Guests will be allowed to view the dresses up close after the show and winners will be pulled around 4pm. VENDORS are not permitted to leave till event is over.
SWAG BAG IS THE ONLY OPTION RIGHT NOW AS ALL OTHER VENDOR SPOTS ARE FILLED
the Bride Swag Bag it will be $50 to get into the exclusive bag and your items MUST be turned into MK Bridal by February 15, 2025, if adding perishable item to bride swag bag I will need it within 24-48hours of the event to add to the bag. MK Bridal will give you bridal count as soon as possible so you can prepare properly. (This can be a sample of goods, business cards, packets, brochures, or other advertisements with your business information.
VENDOR INFO: Vendor Registration fee for an 8 ft table. All together 10 ft space. Vendors MUST offer a minimum prize of a $50 door prize give away that brides can enter to win. You will oversee your own door prize, AWS will give you a stamper, ink pad and a ticket bag. Vendors can start setting up 9am day of event. NO DAY BEFORE SET UP ALLOWED AT THIS VENUE DUE TO EVENT ON SATURDAY.
NO OTHER BRIDAL STORES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. 2-3 vendors per category depending on what it is. First come, first served...
INTRODUCING ELO ENTERTAINMENT AS THE MC and DJ FOR THE EVENT
Brides/guests can enjoy a cash bar wine and beer. IF YOUR VENDOR IN the beverage business Latin American Club asks you to not have alcohol off premises.
MK Bridal will be putting on a fashion show of the newest and most popular designs and after the fashion show, all models will be present for Brides/Bridal Party to see the designs up close(this was a request from last year to see the dresses up close). The raffle baskets and grand prize will be announced between 3:30-4pm. Winners do not need to be present but would need to pick up their winnings as soon as possible or schedule with MK-Bridal.com to pick up winnings at the store. Booth Requirements and Terms- • Vendors are allowed to decorate their booth space with appropriate items and materials of interest related to the products or services sold by participating vendor. Absolutely no affixing of items to the walls or ceilings. Vendor will provide their own table cloths. Extra table cloths available upon request will be white plastic. • Vendors are allowed to promote their business solely and distribute information packets, brochures, and samples.
Additional info: Pre-Registered Brides will be getting a goodie bag that will contain a vendor map that needs stamped, fashion show timeline, extra gifts, pre-made stickers with Bride/Groom personal information for filling out vendor forms easily, wedding planning tools and other information. Pre Registered Brides will have a bride sash.
*If they walk in they will still get a goodie bag but won't have pre-made stickers or extra Bridal gifts but will have all paperwork and vendor exclusive advertisement.
Grand Prize Giveaway- A “Grand Prize” will be given away during the Armstrong Wedding Showcase with the winner to be announced at the end of the show. To increase your exposure, we require that all brides get stamps on their maps from each vendor to be qualified for the Grand Prize. This gives you the opportunity to speak with every single Bride/Groom/Bridal Party. Bride doesn't need to be present to win but will need to pick up item as soon as possible.
***MK BRIDAL grand prize is $1,000 for their store.. If you want to sponser the grand prize as well with MK Bridal please select option and what you want to add. IF YOU SELECT THIS OPTION AND DO NOT FOLLOW THOUGH WITH THIS OBLIGATION YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM EVER BEING A PART OF THE ARMSTRONG WEDDING SHOWCASE
Door Prize Vendor Giveaway- A minimum of a $50 door prize give away that brides can enter to win at your vendor booth. This can be a gift basket, gift certificate, or anything of your choosing for the Bride to enter to win. Winners will be picked at the end of the show. Bride doesn't need to be present to win but will need to pick up item as soon as possible.
