**WOW!! DUE TO AN OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE RESPONSE, OUR SPRING TENNIS PROGRAM WILL NOW HAVE PRACTICES ON MONDAYS FOR BEGINNERS/YOUNGER PLAYERS AND ON TUESDAYS FOR MORE ADVANCED PLAYERS.**
Anchorage Tennis is Back! USPTA Instructor, Coach Paul T. Jackson, is excited to offer students in grades 3-8 the opportunity to practice and play tennis. This team is for athletes of all levels. There will be match opportunities covering levels 1.5 (beginner) - 4.0 (advanced).
The season will run from March ++7++ - May 17, with practices on ++Mondays or++ Tuesdays from 3:30-5:00 at Louisville Indoor Racquet Club. (*No practice April 4 or 5*)
Registration fee: $200. This fee includes player rating verification during the first practice, indoor court practice time, instruction from USPTA professional++** and LIRC pros**++, balls and team t-shirt.
Match schedule is under development and may be at an additional charge to participants. Some matches may be held on weekends. ++Most matches will be on Fridays.++
Registrants will be added to a tennis teamsnap with further communications. Athletes will need to supply their own racquet, footwear and transportation.
