Welcome! You've made it to the After School Care Payments link for the 2023-2024 school year. Attached is the Medical Emergency Form, Contract and Fee Schedule. The Contract and Medical Emergency Form must be filled out and returned to sking@sfdsmail.com by August 21st to confirm registration.
The program begins on the first day of school, August 28th.
Full-Time and Part-Time billing is set up for 10 auto-payments on the first week of each school month, September - June.
