The Spring Music Trip will be to Hershey, PA and is scheduled April 25-27, 2025.
READ this carefully! The estimated cost of the trip is $545. This cost includes transportation via motorcoach, hotel accommodations, access to Hershey Park, and meals. If costs are to be found to be less than expected prior to the final payment due date, that payment will be lowered. If costs are to be found less than expected after the final payment due date, a refund will be provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY (as per C&G Tours):
“Reservations accepted on a first come basis when accompanied with a $200 non-refundable deposit per person. The remaining balance is non-refundable within 30 days of departure. Balance of payments are refundable only if the canceling individual notifies C&G Tours (by registered mail, 11122 Old Trail Rd., Irwin PA 15642) more than 30 calendar days prior to departure. C&G Tours Inc. will not be responsible for delays or missed attractions, as a result of group members being late for any reason.”
Phone cancellations will not be accepted
By law and accordance with the cancellation policy stated above, only out-of-pocket costs may be refunded. Fundraised monies remain the property of the Plum High Music Boosters (designated to your child’s student account).
