ACES at AHS Invites You to the First Annual Junior Formal

TIME: 7:30pm - 10:30pm
TICKET PRICE: $100 per student on or before 12/15/24 / $120 per student after 12/15/24
ATTIRE: SEMI-FORMAL

DETAILS:
- Tickets must be purchased in advance. If you need financial assistance, please reach out to the AHS Guidance Department.
- This event is for AHS Juniors only. ACE and ACEs at AHS are about building community and the Junior Formal is meant to bring the Junior Class together to have a night of fun and make memories! This event has been made possible through the fundraising efforts of the Junior Class and designed as a special occasion for our Juniors to enjoy their hard work together.
- Off Duty Ardsley Police Officers will provide security for the event.
- Drop off is at 7:30pm. There will be no buses.
- Once checked in, students will not be permitted to leave until the event is over or a parent is present to pick them up.
- Backpacks or large bags will not be permitted inside the venue.
- Small bags will be checked before entering event.
- Pick up is at 10:30pm in front of the venue. .
- Although this is an ACE sponsored event, all students must follow the ARDSLEY CODE OF CONDUCT . This includes, but is not limited to, behavior that is respectful, appropriate, and safe for all students, event staff, and volunteers. If my child violates any school rules or event policies, I acknowledge that they may be removed from the dance and may face disciplinary action as per the school’s rules.
Ardsley Community Enrichment (“ACE”) is a Parent Teacher Organization formed to bring enriching events to Ardsley schools. ACEs at AHS is a student-driven group supported by ACE, which is focused on bringing back and creating new social and volunteering events for Ardsley students and the community.
