The 2025 IBASM Annual Meeting will be March 28-29th, 2025 at Fort Harrison State Park Inn in Indianapolis (5830 N Post Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46216). The ASMDL guest lecturer will be Dr. Sean Crosson from Michigan State University. Friday’s program will include talks from early stage faculty and a poster preview/networking session. Saturday’s program will include a light breakfast and lunch, as well as student presentations, the poster session, and the ASMDL guest lecture.
Registration and Dues:
The meeting registration fee is $50 for regular members and $10 for student members. The registration deadline is February 27, 2025. You must be an IBASM member to participate in the meeting. If you are not a member, you will need to become a member and include your dues with your payment for the meeting.
Annual dues are $15.00 for full (non-student) members and $5.00 for students. Please indicate in the registration form if you are paying here with meeting registration or if you already paid online with ASM. Note: You can check your membership status by logging in at www.asm.org, then click on your name, click "Edit Profile", click "My Membership" on right pane, and then your membership expiration dates will be shown. Dues received from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025 will expire on December 31, 2025.
Family members are encouraged to attend and do not have to pay registration fees or dues, however if they would like to join us for breakfast and lunch on Saturday it will be $25, please note this in the registration form.
Payment can be done through Cheddar Up with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (transaction fees apply) or in the form of cash or a check (payable to IBASM) which will be collected at the meeting. Alternatively, checks (no cash) can be mailed to Tanya Soule at the address on the payment page. Registrations received after February 27 will be subject to a $5 late fee.
Lodging:
We have reserved all 28 rooms at the Inn for the meeting. The reserved block of rooms will expire on February 28th, so please book before then.
