Tables will be EITHER 6’ OR 8’ and are issued based on availability and NOT by requested size.
Your table size will not be known until your arrival so please plan accordingly with tablecloths and set-up options.
Do NOT forget about the time change! Set-up starts at 7:00am and doors will NOT open before this time!
Your participation in last year’s event does NOT guarantee your acceptance this year.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY CHAIRS so please BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR(S).
If you would like to request the same space, your application and payment must be received by **AUGUST 1st.**
Once your payment has been processed it is non-refundable REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
Please provide a donation FROM YOUR BOOTH WARES in the amount of $15 for our raffle.
All selling, sampling, display and others items must be kept WITHIN your MARKED booth space.
If you request electricity, please note that you will have only 1 outlet plug per booth. Be sure you have an extension cord that meets your needs and that is a minimum of 20 ft as not all outlets are directly behind your booth space.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY EXTENSION CORDS.
All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Repayment MUST be in the form of cash or cashier’s check only.
Elk Grove High School and all those associated with Elk Grove High School are NOT responsible for accident, injury, theft or damage to personal property on school premises, which includes the parking lot.
Our show is advertised until 4:00pm. If you take-down your booth early, you may NOT be allowed to return next year!
