2025 Coyote Hills Day Camp Registration - C3's/Volunteers/Tags/Pixies

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!‎
**Who: We Need You! Coyote Hills Day Camp is run solely by volunteers.**‎
C3’s (older girls ages 11 – 17, that have completed Program Aide Training) to join our Day Camp Staff.‎
Adult volunteers - MUST be able to commit 3-5 days of camp to volunteer. Adult volunteers must attend enough training to fulfill the required hours of training (new staff - 18 hours, 2nd year staff - 10 hours, and 2 or more years - 6 hours). To achieve your hours of training, you may use up to 4 hours of online training (i.e. First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, etc.) that you already have. More information will be sent in a confirmation email.***On-site care is available for volunteers’ children during camp hours, for $25/child.Girls ages 3 – 5 and Boys ages 5 – 12. Children must be potty-trained. ***When: Various Training hours (See below) and Camp June 23rd - June 27th, Optional overnight June 27-28.**Cost:**‎
Program Aides (C3’s) fee $25‎
Adult volunteers who work all five (5) days receive a 50% discount on their camper's feesVOLUNTEER DAY CAMP TRAINING - Adult and C3‎
Training is required. Volunteers who cannot complete the training cannot volunteer and will lose their discount.‎
Maze Day: Monday, March 24 - 5:30 - 8:30 pm - C3s and bring a parent and signed forms MANDATORY*, Adults please bring your forms and your online training you would like to use towards training hours‎
Training Day: Monday, May 12 - 6:00 - 9:00 pm - Fulfills 3 hours of required training*‎
Garin Day: Saturday, June 7 - 9:00 - 3:00 pm - MANDATORY- C3 and adults‎
Work Day: Saturday, June 14 - 9:00 - 3:00 pm - MANDATORY - Location: TBD‎
Loading Day: Sunday, June 22 - TBD‎
