Volunteer Security Deposits
Volunteer Security Deposits will be $300 per athlete in the program.
Your volunteer deposit check will NOT be cashed as long as family volunteer commitments are fulfilled.
If you do not fully complete your volunteer hours once the season has ended (through banquet), your check WILL be deposited.
When you are volunteering, please make sure you not only claim your slot in CheddarUp, but also sign in at the event when you get there. If you are a coordinator, you will be responsible for completing all assigned tasks for your role.
Volunteer Buyouts
Volunteer Buyouts will be $500 per athlete with a maximum of $1000 per family household.
NOTE TO VOLUNTEERS: We will be implementing a volunteer sign-in process for each meet. The Volunteer Coordinator will collect sign-in sheets and track your hours in order to verify that you have fulfilled your mandatory volunteer shifts for the season.
