The Trail Ready Learner Conferences **are designed to provide inspiration, vision,**
purpose, and information for TLUSA ministry volunteers and to provide a way for
volunteers to connect and fellowship with each other and with TLUSA staff. The
**goals are:**
Inspire and encourage
Establish connections (Troop-to-Troop & Troop-to-Area Support)
To provide position-specific direction to Troop leaders
To help grow, edify & empower Area Teams
To explain new TLUSA developments in person, as well as to share the “WHY” of all aspects of the ministry
To share the importance of our Volunteer Driven Core Value and Levels of Support
