Welcome to the registration page for the Crestwood Barracudas Swim and Dive Team! We are looking forward to another amazing summer at the pool. Please select the appropriate fees and fill out the forms that follow. Thank you!
*Please note: You must be a member of Crestwood Pool to join the Swim & Dive Team.
We are trying out a new online system for registrations. Please add the appropriate registration items to your cart. You can change the quantity if you have more than 1 swimmer/diver. You also will need to fill out a form for each participant.
We will also be holding in-person registration times at Crestwood Pool on Saturday, May 4 from 12:00-3:00 pm and Monday, May 6 from 6:00-7:30 pm if you have questions before you register.
Any registrations received or postmarked after May 20th will incur a $25 late fee per family (late fee applies to returning members only) and will not receive a team tshirt.
