2024 Pack Registration and Dues

Our Annual Pack Dues are $200 per Scout for all returning or transfer Scouts.

First year Scouts ONLY pay prorated annual dues of $114. Families should register first with the BSA, and will pay the registration fee ($80) and Council insurance fee ($6) directly to the BSA. The First Year Scout Pack Dues accounts for this. All other Scouts should pay the full Annual Pack Dues.

NOTE: Annual Pack Dues cover the BSA national registration fees, neckerchief and slide, rank book, advancements and awards provided by the Pack. Money raised from Pack Fundraisers pay for the Pack and Den activities, camping costs (e.g., supplies, meals, reservations), equipment purchases and maintenance, and more. All families are expected to participate in Pack fundraisers.

OTHER EXPENSES: In addition to the Annual Pack Fee and Fundraisers, parents are responsible for purchasing the Scout uniform, including a Pack t-shirt which can be purchased from the Pack. More details on what parts of the uniform the Pack provides and what parts the parents need to purchase can be found on our website - www.shacpack673.org. Please visit our site prior to purchasing your uniform, as there is a lot of helpful information there!

FIRST YEAR REGISTRATION: Scouts must be registered through the online BSA application their first year. The BSA will collect fees directly as part of the first year registration. Be sure to select the "First Year Scout Pack Dues" option.
