Reach for the Stars!! is a pledge based reading program offered by PaperPie Learning. Each of the students at New School Montessori Center have taken a pledge to read, or be read to, for 300 minutes in 14 days! They will be keeping reading logs and collecting Pledge Donations from sponsors, like you!
Students will be logging their at-home reading hours, and collecting pledge donations from Monday, October 7th until Sunday, October 20th. The deadline for online donations is Sunday, October 20th.
Together we aim to help our students develop & strengthen the habit of reading everyday while also building the libraries of both family and the center's classroom libraries!
100% all pledges are returned to the New School Montessori Center as follows:
- 50% of each student's pledges will be given directly to the students, to choose books for their home libraries.
- 50% of all pledges will go to New School Montessori Center in cash and books.
Students and the school get to select their favorite titles from the catalog of
over 2,000 colorful and fun books, activities and STEAM kits offered by PaperPie Learning!
