How to pay with Cheddar Up:
Enter your order total
In the form, type your First Name and Email
In the form, type in your child's First and Last Name, Grade, and Order Form Number
Be sure to write "Paid through CheddarUp" on your order form and return the original artwork and order form to school!
If you are purchasing art for multiple students please submit a new form for each student with their individual order forms numbers.
