18th Annual McKee PTA Family Bingo Night 2025

- FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2025 from 5:30-9:00PM (Doors open at 5:30PM and Bingo begins at 7PM)
- McKee Elementary School Gymnasium & Cafeteria (Enter through Door A4 - front, right corner of the school)
SEATING IS LIMITED! Guarantee your entry by purchasing PRESALE ADMISSION now through February 19. We recommend that if you have a large group coming to come early as seating is first come and will fill up fast.
Your presale packet will be waiting for you at the Presale Table when you arrive on Bingo Night. Less time in line means more time to claim your bingo seats, decide on what food to order and choose which baskets to put your tickets toward!
Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event. There will be a table in the Cafeteria selling additional tickets. They will be able to accept cash or card.
Pizza can be preordered, a whole cheese or pepperoni pizza for $20 thru this order form. Your name will be put on the pizza and can be picked up at the concession table. All additional food and drink items for purchase are CASH ONLY.
A few important notes:
RED PTA Raffle Basket tickets will follow the format where a single number (or more if requested) is assigned to all tickets within a purchase and that number is assigned to one name. ALL red tickets should be placed in the red raffle basket bags of your choice.
YELLOW Intermission Raffle tickets are for current McKee Students only who attend Bingo Night and are FREE with admission. ONE yellow intermission raffle ticket will be given to each McKee student when they check in at the event. Yellow intermission raffle tickets are NOT availabe for purchase.
*50/50 raffle tickets will only be availabe for purchase at Bingo Night, CASH ONLY (for payout purposes). High School students will be walking around selling ticket through out the night.
*BLUE Teacher Raffle Basket tickets will be available for purchase at the Teacher Raffle Basket table during the evening of the event. All proceeds from Teacher Raffle Basket ticket sales goes directly towards Teachers/Staff, not the PTA.
*ROLLS OF PENNIES can be purchased for $1.00 (each) to be used as bingo markers or bring your own, if you prefer. Bingo cards are reused throughout the evening. Therefore, BINGO BLOTTERS ARE NOT APPROPRIATE. Baskets will be on tables to place pennies in at the end of the night.
***** ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be given. In the event McKee's Family Bingo Night is rescheduled, all pre-purchased items will be valid for for the new date. *****
