Room Parent Volunteer

If you are interested in being considered for a Room Parent, please complete this form.
When submitting this form, please input your child's information in order of preferred room parent volunteer assignment.
Room Parent responsibilities include:
Plan and attend the Halloween, Winter, and Valentine's Day parties
Coordinate field trip chaperones
Be available to supervise lunch on Field Day, if applicable
Assist in recruiting volunteers
Other items that may arise on an as needed basis
